科研业绩
科研业绩:
建立了能够描述核结构材料锆合金中氢化物在非均匀应力场中析出形貌的相场模型,得到了与实验一致的结果并解释了过程的机理,该模型为研究氢化物滞后断裂提供了基础。
用相场方法研究了铁磁性形状记忆合金NiMnGa在外磁场及应力场的作用下的磁应变效应及赝弹性的规律,解释了在外磁场下产生赝弹性的原因及90度磁畴壁和孪晶壁的耦合对该合金磁弹性行为的重要影响。
建立了描写变磁性马氏体合金NiMnInCo的热力学模型及相场模型,该模型可以模拟磁场驱动的反铁磁性到铁磁性的逆马氏体相变,并结合第一性原理计算讨论了过程的机理。
用微磁学及相场方法系统地研究了自旋转移力矩的规律,对电流驱动自旋翻转及进动在不同电流、外场及基底应力条件下的动力学特性进行了研究,对应用及减小临界电流的可能方案和纳米自旋振荡器的设计进行了探讨。现在正对更广泛的自旋输运现象进行研究。
研究了巴克豪森效应无损检测,对材料疲劳、退火不均匀及磨焦进行过研究,制作出了基于巴克豪森效应的磁弹性仪。
